Getting Started for Interviewers

As an Interviewer, you review interview materials and give feedback on interviews assigned to you. An interview round is one step in the candidate’s interview process, such as a technical interview.

Open the feedback request email from Cygnify and select Open feedback form. The link signs you in and opens your assigned interview. If it has expired, ask Cygnify to resend the request.

If you already use TIP with a password, you can also sign in with your email and password, then open Interview Feedback. Your inbox lists your assigned interviews.

  1. Select the candidate in your Feedback inbox. Check the Job, interview round, time and Feedback due date.
  2. Read the CV (the candidate’s résumé) and JD (Job description) tabs, where available. Use Join if a meeting link is provided.
  3. Open Feedback. Score the skills or qualities shown, where you can assess them. Choose a Recommendation and add Notes with examples from the interview.
  4. Select Submit feedback, then check for Feedback submitted. To finish later, select Save draft and check for Draft saved.

Due lists unsubmitted feedback with an open feedback window. Use All to find submitted feedback or a closed window. While editing is available, reopen a submission and select Update feedback to save changes.

A Client Admin or Cygnify Admin can reveal the round’s feedback so the hiring team can read it. Reveal locks submitted feedback. Your recommendation helps the team decide the candidate’s next step.

If you cannot find the interview or the feedback window has closed, contact your Talent Partner, the Cygnify recruiter coordinating the Job.

Select your profile picture, then Sign Out, when finished.
